  • 1 baked pie shell
  • 5 to 6 medium peaches
  • 3 Tbsp. peach Jell-O
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch (heaping)
  • Cool Whip
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Combine sugar, water, Jell-O and cornstarch.

    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.

    Cool.

    Slice peaches into pie shell. Pour cooled mixture over peaches.

    Add Cool Whip to serve.
