- 1 baked pie shell
- 5 to 6 medium peaches
- 3 Tbsp. peach Jell-O
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch (heaping)
- Cool Whip
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Combine sugar, water, Jell-O and cornstarch.

2Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.

3Cool.

4Slice peaches into pie shell. Pour cooled mixture over peaches.
