- 3 c. sliced peaches
- 1/2 to 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 unbaked 9-inch pastry pie shells (see Plain Pastry recipe on page 47 and double this recipe)
Directions

1Combine sugar with cornstarch and tapioca.

2Add fruit and mix. Fill pastry lined pie pan with fruit.

3Dot with margarine.

4Cover with top crust and bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes.
