"Fresh" Peach Pie

- 1 frozen pie crust, thawed and baked
- 5 or 6 fresh, ripe peaches
- 1 c. sugar (1/2 c. NutraSweet for diabetics)
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 5 Tbsp. peach or apricot jello
Directions

1Peel peaches and slice in bowl.

2Put sugar, water and cornstarch in plastic pan (microwave bowl).

3Cook 1 minute at a time in microwave until thick and clear.

4Add jello.

5Put peaches and jello mixture in crust alternately.

6Use whipped cream or Cool Whip for topping, if desired.
