- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca dessert mix
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 c. sliced peeled fresh peaches or thawed frozen unsweetened peaches
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Prepare double pastry for 9-inch pie.

2Mix all of the filling ingredients together, except the butter.

3Put in pie shell and dot with butter.

4Bake at 375° for 50 minutes.
