  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • salt
  • fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 baked pie crust
  • whipped cream

Directions

    Bring sugar, salt and water to boil until thick and clear. Add jello; stir until jello is dissolved.

    Pour over peach slices in baked pie crust.
