  • 4 c. sliced peaches
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/3 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell

    Combine peaches, sugar, 3 tablespoons flour and lemon juice in a bowl and mix well.

    Combine brown sugar and 1/4 cup flour in another bowl.

    Cut in margarine using pastry blender; add pecans and toss to mix.

    Sprinkle 1/2 pecan mixture in unbaked pie shell and arrange peach mixture.

    Top with remaining pecan mixture. Bake at 400° for about 40 minutes or until peaches are tender. Cool on rack.
