Fresh Peach Upside-Down Cake

  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 4 to 5 large peaches or 8 to 9 small peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar

Directions

    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread sugar evenly over bottom and arrange on top of sugar. Prepare yellow or white cake mix per directions. Pour over peaches in pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
