- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1 medium, sliced onion
- cooking fat or oil
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions

1Mix egg and milk in a bowl.

2Dip rabbit well and then coat rabbit with flour, salt and pepper to taste.

3Place rabbit in hot skillet with hot fat or oil.

4Sprinkle with onion.

5Sprinkle garlic powder on all sides as you are browning rabbit.

6After your rabbit has browned good, remove rabbit.

7Place in oven dish or pan.

8Drain oil from skillet and return skillet to heat.

9Place 2 tablespoons of sour cream in skillet and stir until brown, then add mushroom soup to sour cream in skillet; blend good.

10Pour mixture over rabbit, coating well.

11Cover rabbit and place in hot oven

12at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
