- 3 c. sugar
- 3 c. water
- 6 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. white Karo syrup
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
- 2 qt. raspberries
- 2 baked shells
- Cool Whip
Directions

1Stir and bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil over medium heat. Cook until thick and clear.

2Remove from heat.

3Add the Jell-O.

4Cool. Wash the raspberries in ice water and drain. Fill the shells.

5Pour cooled mixture over berries.

6Refrigerate. Cover with Cool Whip and decorate with fresh raspberries.
