- 1 3/4 to 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 4 c. fresh rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 c. fresh orange or strawberries, cut up
- 3 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Prepare pastry for 10-inch 2-crust pie.

2Heat oven to 425°. Stir together sugar and flour.

3Turn half the rhubarb and oranges/strawberries into pastry-lined pie dish.

4Sprinkle with half the sugar mixture.

5Repeat with remaining ingredients.

6Dot with butter.

7Cover with top pastry.

8Seal and flute.

9Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until crust is brown.
