  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 4 c. fresh rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 c. fresh orange or strawberries, cut up
  • 3 Tbsp. butter

    Prepare pastry for 10-inch 2-crust pie.

    Heat oven to 425°. Stir together sugar and flour.

    Turn half the rhubarb and oranges/strawberries into pastry-lined pie dish.

    Sprinkle with half the sugar mixture.

    Repeat with remaining ingredients.
