  • 2 large tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch dice
  • 1 medium white onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 2 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
