- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 slices bread, cubed
- dash of garlic
- dash of red pepper
Directions

1Wash, cook and drain spinach.

2Combine spinach, soup, egg, nutmeg and cheese.

3Put in a 2 to 3-quart casserole.

4Toss bread crumbs in melted butter; add garlic and red pepper.

5Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top of casserole.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
