  • 2 c. cold milk (regular or skim)
  • 1 pt. strawberry ice cream
  • whole strawberries, if desired

    Place strawberries, honey and 1/2 the milk in blender.

    Puree until almost smooth.

    Add remaining milk and ice cream.

    Blend until smooth.

    Pour in tall glasses.
