  • 3 Tbsp. dry jello
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with water
  • 1 qt. fresh strawberries

    Bring water and jello to a good boil.

    Thicken with cornstarch, remove from fire and hand beat.

    Let cool briefly, then add fresh strawberries and serve with Cool Whip.
