  • 3 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 large box strawberry Jell-O
  • fresh strawberries to fill pie crust

Directions

    In large pan stir together first 3 ingredients.

    Bring to rapid boil.

    Boil 2 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add Jell-O. When Jell-O is completely dissolved, fold in strawberries making sure all berries are coated.

    Cool overnight.

    Serve with Cool Whip.
