  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 (9 or 10-inch) baked pie shell
  • 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
  • 2 qt. fresh strawberries

    Cook first 3 ingredients until clear.

    While hot, add Jell-O; mix well.

    Cool; add berries.
  4. 4
    Put into baked pie shell; chill. If you use 9-inch pie shell, you won't need all those berries.
