- 3 lb. fresh string beans
- 1/2 tsp. salt or more to taste
- 2 cloves garlic, cut up
- 1/2 red bell pepper in strips
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. dried ground rosemary
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Cook string beans in a steamer or (if no steamer available) in a pot with 1/2 cup water.

2When almost done, add all ingredients. Toss and let them finish cooking slowly.
