- 1 1/2 tsp. table salt
- 4 medium carrots, sliced thin diagonally
- 2 medium zucchini, cut in 2 x 1/2-inch sticks
- 1/2 lb. broccoli, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
Directions

1About 15 minutes before serving, bring to boil water and 1/2 teaspoon of table salt in large saucepan.

2Add vegetables; cover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Drain well.

3Spoon into serving dish.

4Stir in remaining table salt and butter.
