- 1 lb. montasio cheese, shredded
- 1/8 cup sauerkraut
- 1/8 cup chopped pickles
- 1/8 cup shredded roasted chicken
Directions

1In each of four 7- to 10-inch non-stick saute pans, heat 1/2 tbsp.

2butter over medium heat until it browns.

3Place 2-1/2 tbsp.

4cheese in the center of each pan to form a crepe-like disk, 4 to 5 inches across.

5Place the sauerkraut on one, the pickles on another and the chicken on a third.

6Sprinkle another tbsp.

7of shredded cheese over each one and press with a spatula.

8After cooking 3 to 4 minutes, the bottom will be golden-brown.

9Carefully flip with a spatula and cook 3 to 4 minutes on the other side.

10Transfer to a plate covered with paper towels to drain grease and serve.
