Ingredients
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/4 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. grated onion
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. each: dry mustard, salt and pepper
- 3 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cooked or frozen salad or cocktail shrimp, thawed and drained (I use more)
Directions

1Melt margarine.

2Add flour, onion, sauce, mustard, salt and pepper to make sauce.

3Add milk and stir until thickened to make white sauce.

4Combine noodles, peas and shrimp.

5Combine white sauce and shrimp mix.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

8Freezes well before cooking.
