- 2 small apples
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (if desired)

1Core apples and cut each in 4 circles.

2Melt fat in a frypan. Add sugar and lemon juice (if used).

3Add apple slices and cook slowly about 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
