  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (if desired)

    Core apples and cut each in 4 circles.

    Melt fat in a frypan. Add sugar and lemon juice (if used).

    Add apple slices and cook slowly about 10 to 15 minutes until tender.
