  • olive oil for sauteing
  • 1 cup beans Any Kind, soak it overnight
  • 1 onion Medium Sized, Sliced
  • 2 green chilies Slit lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1 lemon to squeeze
  • salt as per taste
  • chopped cilantro Freshly, for garnishing

Directions

    Pressure cook the beans and keep it aside. Add little salt to it while cooking. Do not over cook it. 1 or max 2 whistles should do.

    Heat the pan and add olive oil to it. Then add the green chilies and onions. Saute until the onions become translucent. It will taste good if the onions are not over sauteed.

    Add the cooked beans and stir it. Then you can add the vinegar and any other seasonings you require.

    Saute it well and turn off. Squeeze a lime, drizzle some olive oil and garnish it with fresh cilantro.
