- 2 Tbsp. dry milk (optional)
- 1 c. warm water or milk
- 1/2 tsp. melted shortening
Directions

1Sift dry ingredients together.

2Add water and shortening. Knead briefly.

4Form into balls, flatten and make a hole in center.

5Fry in oil, turning once until golden brown and crisp.
