Fried Cabbage

  • 4 to 5 slices bacon, crumbled
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 1 head cabbage, core and slice cabbage, cut in half and quarter; slice core diagonally)
  • 1/2 tsp. caraway
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Fry bacon in large skillet and remove grease.

    Crumble bacon and add all remaining ingredients to skillet and fry until liquid is absorbed and cabbage is done.
