- 1 pack carrots
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Boil sliced carrots in cold water for about 5 minutes.

2In a skillet add butter and oil.

3When mixture is hot add onion and carrots.

4Cook for 10 minutes.

5Add sugar and cinnamon.

6Cook for 10 more minutes.

7Add 1 cup of water; cook for 10 minutes or until carrots are tender.

8Serve.
