  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Sorrento string cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2/3 c. Italian style bread crumbs
  • olive oil

Directions

    Cut 1 ounce Sorrento string cheese in half (or keep whole, optional).

    Dredge each piece of string cheese in flour, dip in egg and then coat with bread crumbs.

    Place on a plate in a single layer.

    Refrigerate uncovered for one
