- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 34 cup fine dry breadcrumb
- vegetable oil
- picante sauce (optional)

1Dip cheese cubes into egg.

2Dredge in flour, dip again in egg.

3Roll in bread crumbs; press firmly so crumbs adhere.

4Place on wax paper; chill 30 minutes.

5Deep fry cubes in hot oil (375F) until golden brown.
