- 1/2 c. Worcestershire white wine sauce
- 1 tsp. dill weed
- 1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1 tsp. red hot sauce
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Place clean chicken in bowl of Worcestershire white wine sauce and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

2Beat eggs with 1 tablespoon of water.

3Mix dry ingredients.

4Place chicken in egg, then flour and spice mixes.

5Place again in egg mix, then flour mix again.

6Fry until well done.
