- 3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 envelopes tomato Cup-a-Soup powder
- 2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix powder
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 3 lb. cut up fryer (9 pieces)
- liquid margarine
Directions

1Oven-fried!

2Combine flour, paprika, soup powder, dressing mix powder and seasoned salt.

3Rinse fryer in water; drain.

4Place flour mixture in plastic food bag.

5Coat 1 piece chicken at a time in this.

6Make single layer, skin side up, in greased baking pan. Drizzle each piece with bottled liquid margarine (about 2 tablespoons each piece).

7Do not turn pieces.

8Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour, or until golden brown, basting 3 or 4 times in more margarine.
