- 8 to 10 chicken pieces, skin removed
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- dash of paprika
- garlic powder to taste
- 1 or 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- Crisco oil
Directions

1Wash chicken thoroughly.

2Pat dry.

3Mix seasonings in plastic bag; shake.

4Place chicken in flour mixture, then in egg-milk mixture and back in flour mixture again.

5Let set out 1 hour to dry.

6Using Crisco oil, fry at 375°.

7Brown on all sides.

8Cook 20 to 25 minutes.

9Using brown paper bag with paper towels, this keeps chicken warm also.
