  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 3 cups chopped lettuce
  • 1 tomato, cut into wedges
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
  • 6 tablespoons ranch dressing
