- 15 ounces chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 12 teaspoons sea salt
Directions

1Heat olive oil in medium skillet on medium heat.

2Drain chickpeas and add, careful not to splatter oil.

3Fry the beans untill they are a light golden brown, and slightly crispy.

4Drain on paper towels, and pat untill most exces oil is removed.

5Sprinkle with sea salt, while turing over occasionally, untill evenly coated.

6If desired, season to taste.

7If not crispy enough, broil on high.
