  • 15 ounces chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 12 teaspoons sea salt

Directions

    Heat olive oil in medium skillet on medium heat.

    Drain chickpeas and add, careful not to splatter oil.

    Fry the beans untill they are a light golden brown, and slightly crispy.

    Drain on paper towels, and pat untill most exces oil is removed.

    Sprinkle with sea salt, while turing over occasionally, untill evenly coated.

    If desired, season to taste.

    If not crispy enough, broil on high.
