- 6 Chicken thighs
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 5 clove Garlic (chopped)
- 2 Inch ginger(chopped)
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
- 2 Uncut green/red chillies
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 Chillies (chopped and deseeded)
Directions

1Marinade chicken in lemon juice and salt for 30 mins.

2Puree the garlic, ginger, union and red chillies in a food processor.

3Add some water to facilitate blade movement.

4Heat the wok the oil.

5When the oil is hot, add chicken in and cook until golden brown.

6Lift the chicken out of the wok and drain on the kitchen paper.

7Add pureed ingredients to the wok with turmeric and chilli powder.

8Cook for 5 mins and stir regularly.

9Add the chicken and half cup of water back in bring to boil.

10Cover the lid and cook for 30 mins.

11Increase the hart to medium and cook further 10 mins ensure the sauce is thickened.

12Add green/red chillies and cook for 3 more mins.

13Done and serve with rice.
