- 2 (16 oz.) cans whole kernel corn
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 3 oz. pimento
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon crisp; drain and crumble.

2Place both corns, bacon crumbs, green peppers and pimentos over medium heat until it starts to simmer.

3Add sugar, pepper and salt.

4Stir frequently. Reduce heat.

5After it starts to simmer, continue to cook 15 to 20 minutes.
