- 6 large ears fresh corn
- 1 Tbsp. fried meat grease
- water or milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
Directions

1Shuck and silk corn.

2In a large bowl, cut corn off the cob, slicing off the top of the kernels.

3Scrape the cob to the milky juice.

4Melt some butter in a nonstick skillet; pour in corn.

5Add enough milk or water to make it soupy.

6Add butter and salt.

7Cook on medium heat, stirring often.

8Cook about 15 to 20 minutes.
