- 1/2 c. flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 to 3 c. buttermilk
Directions

1Preheat iron skillet.

2Cover bottom of skillet with oil and coat sides and bottom with corn meal after grease is hot.

3Pour in bread batter.

4Leave on heat until sides of batter cringe.

5Put in 450° oven for 15 minutes or until brown edged.

6Fry.

7Or drop tablespoons into hot oil (Fry Daddy) until crisp and brown.
