  • 1 cup yellow corn meal
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sr flour
  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 2 oz whole kernel corn
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup sunflower oil
  • 12 oz can of evaporated milk

    Fry the bacon get crispy chop it up mix all the ingredients together

    Let the mixture rise about 10 minutes

    Get pan hot with oil spoon into pan and fry

    When the edges curl up turn and finish cooking

    Repeat till no more batter just dont over crowd pan
