  • 4 teaspoons Land O Lakes Butter
  • 4 Land O Lakes Eggs
  • 4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American
  • 4 teaspoons honey mustard
  • 4 cinnamon raisin bagels, split, toasted
  • 4 teaspoons Land O Lakes Butter, if desired
  • 4 (1-ounce) slices Canadian bacon*
  • 1 medium apple, cored, cut crosswise into 8 thin round slices

Directions

    Melt 2 teaspoons butter in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until sizzling.

    Break 2 eggs into pan; break yolks with spatula.

    Cook 1-2 minutes or until set on bottom.

    Turn eggs over; continue cooking 1 minute or until eggs are cooked through.

    Place eggs onto large plate; cover; keep warm.

    Repeat with remaining butter and eggs.

    Keep warm.

    Spread 1 teaspoon honey mustard over cut-side of bottom half of bagel.

    Butter cut-side of top half of bagel, if desired.

    Place Canadian bacon into hot skillet; cook turning occasionally 30-60 seconds or until heated through.
