  • 1 to 2 lb. fresh fish or fillets
  • Italian bread crumbs (enough to shake fish in)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil (to fry in)

Directions

    Wash and cut fish in serving portions.

    Put bread crumbs, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
  3. 3
    Shake fish in seasoning and crumbs. Take fish out of bag and put in frypan of hot oil. Cook until tender; place on paper towel to drain.
