- 1 to 2 lb. fresh fish or fillets
- Italian bread crumbs (enough to shake fish in)
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil (to fry in)
Directions

1Wash and cut fish in serving portions.

2Put bread crumbs, salt and pepper in plastic bag.

3Shake fish in seasoning and crumbs. Take fish out of bag and put in frypan of hot oil. Cook until tender; place on paper towel to drain.
