  • 3 eggs
  • 6 fish filits
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions

    Heat the oil on medium heat, 1 cm deep for frying.

    Mix the milk with the eggs and add salt to taste.

    Spice the fish and coat with flour.

    Dip the fish in to the egg and back in to the flour then fry.
