- 8 frog legs
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c.milk
Directions

1Marinate frog legs in lemon juice, water, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper for 1 hour.

2Mix 1/4 cup flour and all remaining ingredients in separate bowl for batter.

3Remove frog legs from marinade.

4Dip in batter, coating thoroughly.

5Roll in remaining flour.

6Cover and fry in hot fat until tender.

7Remove cover and brown lightly.
