- 1/2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. corn meal or 2 Tbsp. raw wheat germ
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can (16 oz.) green beans, drained
Directions

1Put corn meal, flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper in large plastic container with lid.

2Add green beans.

3Shake well until beans are completely coated.

4Heat butter in skillet until bubbly. Add beans, cook over high heat, stirring occasionally.

5Cook 10 minutes or until coating is crunchy and brown.

6Serve hot, with extra butter if desired.
