- 12 lb green beans, cleaned, blanched
- 12 cup flour
- 12 cup water
- 1 egg
- 12 teaspoon baking powder
- seasoning salt, pepper, etc
- oil (for frying)
Directions

1In a bowl, combine flour, water, egg, baking powder and salt.

2Mix until smooth.

3In large skillet, heat oil until hot.

4Dip beans, (in batches) into batter, fry in oil about 4 minutes, turning to brown evenly.

5Season using extra seasoning salt, pepper, or other spices.

6*I have also used pole beans instead of green beans.
