- 4 medium size green tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1Wash and slice green tomatoes in 1/2-inch thick slices. Sprinkle with salt.

2Roll each slice in flour until coated on each side.

3Place oil in skillet and heat.

4Place floured tomato slices in skillet.

5Fry over low heat until browned on both sides.

6Serve hot.
