  • 1 medium green tomato per person
  • flour
  • salt and pepper
  • cooking oil

    Wash, core and slice tomatoes in 1/3-inch slices.

    Do not peel.

    Dip each slice in flour, season to taste with salt and pepper and fry until golden in hot oil.
