- 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 3/4 cups Milk
Directions

1Mix all dry ingredients. Add milk. Combine with a fork.

2Knead 2-3 times on a lightly floured surface. Pat out or roll to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut into 3/4 in x 3 in strips. Fry in 1/2 inch of Crisco oil or a deep fat fryer. Serve warm.

3To make into a sweet treat, dust the tops with powdered sugar. Coat with cinnamon sugar.
