- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 6 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. pork, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. ham, chopped fine
- 1 c. coarsely chopped, cleaned shrimp
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. garbanzo beans (canned)
- 1/2 c. bean sprouts
- 1/2 c. carrots, slivered
- 2 dozen lumpia wrappers
Directions

1Saute garlic until brown, then discard.

2In the same pan, saute onion until soft.

3Add meat, shrimp and 1/2 cup cold water. Simmer for about 10 minutes or until pork is thoroughly cooked. Add beans, bean sprouts and carrots.

4Cook for about 5 minutes more or just until tender.

5If liquid remains, drain from mixture. Turn onto a large platter to cool.
