  • 2 pounds turkey breast - Sliced into thin strips
  • flour
  • olive oil for frying
  • 3/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 onion - finely chopped
  • 1 cup chick peas
  • 1 chili pepper - finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic - crushed & chopped
  • 8 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon

Directions

    Roll the turkey in the flour, turning to cover them lightly all over. Then deep-fry in the hot oil until golden, turning them over once.
