- 300 g mozzarella cheese
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- salt and black pepper
- 14 teaspoon thyme
- oil, to fry
- 34 cup breadcrumbs
Directions

1Cut cheese into 2 1/2 inch length and 3/4 inch thickness.

2Keep aside.

3Beat eggs in a bowl, one at a time, until light and fluffy.

4Add flour and mix well until smooth.

5Mix in salt, black pepper and thyme.

6Heat oil in a wok.

7Dip the cheese cubes one by one in the batter.

8Then roll them one by one in breadcrumbs.

9Deep fry the cubes now in hot oil until golden brown.

10Remove onto clean paper kitchen napkins to drain out excess oil.

11Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
