- Egg noodles
- Butter

1Depending on how many servings you want to make, boil water in 3qt or larger saucepan. Add noodles, cook until al dente. Drain, toss with butter.

2Heat a cast iron skillet (use non-stick if you prefer) and melt a pat of butter in the skillet. Dump noodles in skillet. Mix butter and noodles with a spatula, turning noodles as they brown. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3When noodles are speckled with brown, they are ready to eat. Enjoy!
