  • Egg noodles
  • Butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

    Depending on how many servings you want to make, boil water in 3qt or larger saucepan. Add noodles, cook until al dente. Drain, toss with butter.

    Heat a cast iron skillet (use non-stick if you prefer) and melt a pat of butter in the skillet. Dump noodles in skillet. Mix butter and noodles with a spatula, turning noodles as they brown. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    When noodles are speckled with brown, they are ready to eat. Enjoy!
